Brent Crayon is a music director and pianist based in Los Angeles. He has collaborated with many notable artists such as Stephen Schwartz, Jason Robert Brown, Daisy Prince, John Caird, Paul Gordon, Richard Maltby, Jr., and John Bucchino.

Brent is known in the theatre community as being comfortable with both the classics and new works, capable of performing the most challenging musical theatre repertoire.

Brent was the music director/pianist for the world premieres of John Bucchino’s, “It’s Only Life”, “Bubble Boy”, and Stephen Schwartz’s “Snapshots”. Internationally, Brent has music directed and performed in Tokyo, Japan, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Edinburgh, Scotland. Brent can be seen and heard in McCoy Rigby’s production of “A Night With Janis Joplin” streaming on Broadway HD.

As an orchestrator, Brent has contributed to "Singing Revolution, The Musical", "Bubble Boy" (Dramatists Play Service), "Scary Musical: The Musical" (Stage Rights), "The Devil and Daisy Jane", and "When Garbo Talks", by Buddy Kaye and Mort Garson.
